FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Booking and Payment

1. All services must be booked in advance through our booking form.
2. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.
3. Prices for services are subject to change without notice, but any confirmed bookings will be honored at the rate at which they were booked.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. You may cancel or reschedule your 1-on-1 session up to 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund minus a $50 service fee to cover credit card processing costs.
2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session are only eligible for a 50% refund.
3. Group Healing and Breathwork memberships can be canceled by logging into your account and managing your membership through the website. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and will not renew the following month.
4. Webinar sessions are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend live, you will receive a full recording of the session afterward.
5. All cancellations must be submitted through your account on our website. We do not accept cancellations via email or phone.

Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in inappropriate, abusive, or disrespectful behavior toward the practitioner or other clients.
